Dermal fillers are injections of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that acts like a sponge, attracting water from surrounding tissue to fill out the target appearance. This restores the volume of the face, filling out fine lines and wrinkles while hydrating the skin to refresh the complexion.

Our dermal fillers can treat a range of concerns, including:

Our experienced nurses and doctors will deliver the injections safely, using advanced techniques to reduce discomfort and minimise swelling and bruising following treatment.
Step 3 - Aftercare
Once we’ve administered your fillers, you’ll be able to get straight back to your day as there will be no downtime. You may experience some swelling and bruising, but this will go down within 5-7 days.

When will I see the results of my dermal fillers?
You will be able to see the results of your fillers immediately, but there may be some swelling so your final results will be evident within 5-7 days when this has gone down.
How long will the results last?
The results of dermal fillers will last for between 6-18 months before naturally dissipating.
Will Dermal Fillers hurt?
In our dermal filler treatments, we can use techniques to reduce the feeling of pain and discomfort during your treatment.
Are there any side effects to dermal fillers?
Following injection, you may experience some swelling and bruising, but this will disappear within a couple of days. Another common side effect is some redness around the injection site, but this will disappear within 15-20 minutes.
What else can I do to prevent wrinkles?
The key to lifelong skin health is a thorough and regular skincare routine. Our top tips include:
- Wearing suncream with UVA and UVB protection, of minimum Factor 30 throughout the year
- Stay hydrated and follow a skincare regime as discussed with your aesthetic practitioner, which may include the use of actives.
How else can I get rid of wrinkles?
There is a range of treatment options available to reduce the signs of ageing. Our anti-wrinkle and Profhilo treatments are also common choices, but non-invasive options include Hydrafacials and Skin Peels.
